Role Description This full-time, on-site Travel Advisor role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Travel Advisor will assist customers with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and other related services, while ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing travel recommendations, clarifying booking details, and resolving issues or changes to itineraries. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, following company guidelines and systems, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet performance and service quality targets. The Travel Advisor will use TP’s tools and processes to document interactions, manage bookings, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Effective Communication skills for handling inquiries, explaining travel options, and resolving concerns.
• Experience with Travel Arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodations, and additional travel services.
• Background in or familiarity with Travel Agency operations or similar travel-related environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for shifts as required.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation platforms, and CRM tools.
• Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken, to support diverse customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in customer contact centers or travel services is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in tourism, hospitality, or business is a plus.
