We’re looking for a customer-focused and communication-savvy Customer Advisor to join our team and provide an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

* English proficiency: B2–C1

* Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Advisory, Call Center, or Sales is preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

* Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude.

* Ability to handle different customer personalities and challenging situations.

* Good attention to detail and ability to multitask.

* Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

* Willingness to work US shifts and rotational schedules.

* Flexibility to work in an on-site setting.

* Good computer skills and ability to navigate different systems/tools.

* Previous experience supporting US customers/markets is a plus.
