Role Description The Brand Sales Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for representing the RUSHBRUSH brand and driving product sales in retail and showroom environments. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, demonstrating product features, and recommending suitable hair styling tools to enhance their experience. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, handling objections, and ensuring a high level of brand awareness and loyalty. The Brand Sales Advisor will support promotional activities, maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards, track inventory levels, and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends. The role may also include assisting in training team members on product knowledge and sales techniques to ensure consistent brand representation.

• Candidates should possess sales skills, including product presentation, upselling, and closing techniques.
• Candidates should possess training skills or the ability to support product and sales training for team members.
• Previous experience in retail, beauty, or consumer electronics sales is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, including weekends or shifts as required.
• Good command of English and Arabic is beneficial.
• Comfort with using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment to brand standards.
