Role Description The Property Consultant will support clients throughout the real estate transaction process by providing expert guidance on suitable residential and commercial properties in New Cairo and other focus areas. This full-time, on-site role in New Cairo involves conducting client needs assessments, presenting property options, organizing site visits, and advising on pricing, payment plans, and project details. The consultant will build and maintain relationships with clients and developers, follow up on leads, and manage a personal pipeline to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include updating and using internal databases and technology tools, preparing proposals and presentations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service from initial contact through closing and after-sales support. The Property Consultant will also stay current on market trends, project launches, and developer offerings to provide accurate, timely information.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to advise clients on suitable projects and investment opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide ongoing support.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Relevant experience in real estate brokerage, property consulting, or a related field is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and use digital tools and CRM systems effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional presentation, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage, along with knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.
