Role Description The Travel Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The person in this role will advise clients on travel options, help design customized itineraries, and provide detailed information on destinations, accommodations, and transportation. Daily responsibilities include handling travel arrangements, preparing bookings, managing reservations, and coordinating with airlines, hotels, and local service providers. The Travel Consultant will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience before, during, and after trips. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, using booking systems, and collaborating with colleagues to meet sales and service goals.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management for diverse client needs.
• Experience handling Travel Arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, and itineraries.
• Strong Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in managing Reservations using relevant booking platforms and tools.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and collaborating within a team.
• Prior experience in a travel agency or tourism-related role; relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
