Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. In this position, the consultant will guide clients through property selection, viewings, and transactions, providing data-informed advice on residential and commercial projects across RED’s coverage areas. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, presenting suitable options, coordinating property tours, and supporting clients through negotiation and closing processes. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, developer offerings, and pricing, as well as building long-term relationships with clients and partners. The consultant will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate property information, timely follow-up, and a high-quality customer experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to provide informed advice on properties and market trends.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide a positive experience.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.
• Candidates should ideally have familiarity with the Egyptian real estate market, especially areas such as New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, October, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and the Red Sea.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple clients simultaneously, and use digital tools and CRM systems effectively.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, strong presentation skills, and a results-oriented mindset are beneficial.
